teeth, especially when getting used to device and when device is still
new. Most people buy device from retailer, instead of getting it specially
molded for them from their dentist.
When you do buy mouthpiece, it is recommended to put it in hot water before
placing it in your mouth. This way it softens device and you can somewhat
mould it.
