Obstructive sleep apnea common symptoms are unexplained sleepiness during daytime, loud snoring with periods of silence accompanied by gasps of air, and restless sleep.
The less common symptoms include insomnia, morning headaches, mood
changes, problem in concentrating, forgetfulness, depression and anxiety,
increased blood pressure and heart rate, decreased sex drive, nocturia,
unexplained weight gain, heavy night sweats, and frequent heartburn.
